When it was first established, the center mainly taught music to children. After hearing many stories about the love of music from grandparents who brought their children to class, teacher Tran Thi Tho (39 years old) decided to open a free piano class for the elderly.
Although teaching for free, Ms. Tho and other teachers at the center are always dedicated to these special students.
Every student, regardless of age, is still excited and enthusiastic every time they come to class. Even those with gray hair and wrinkled, trembling hands are still happy to play the piano keys and satisfy their passion.
The sounds from the piano keys have helped make the old age of the elderly more meaningful, helping them live happier, healthier and more joyfully every day.
That special class proved that: It's never too late to pursue your passion, be yourself and do what you love.
