With the highest determination and responsibility, the Ca Xeng Border Guard has helped the people get acquainted with production labor such as: planting rice, growing food (corn, potatoes, cassava) to ensure their lives; then moving on to household economy, planting green hemp, raising goats, cows, buffaloes, ducks, chickens; guiding the people to trade agricultural products and food. Thanks to that, from a poor area, hungry all year round, the life of the Ruc people is now increasingly full of amenities: motorbikes, televisions, electric fans, refrigerators...

In 2024, Ca Xeng Border Guard Station presented 285 gifts, 36 pairs of banh chung, a number of medicines to families with preferential policies, poor households, and households in difficult circumstances, with a total value of 235 million VND; 100 gifts to teenagers and children in the area on the occasion of International Children's Day June 1; visited and presented gifts to 18 war invalids and martyrs' families; helped people with more than 300 working days to care for and harvest Ruc Lan rice in the 2023 Summer-Autumn crop, sow seeds in the 2023-2024 Winter-Spring crop, and nearly 2,000 working days to organize the planting and care of green hemp.

Comrade Dinh Thanh Van, Secretary of the Party Committee of Thuong Hoa Commune, added: Border guards are truly a pillar of support for the Ruc people.
