Vinhomes subsidiary builds 6,400 billion VND golf course urban area project in Bac Giang

The People's Committee of Bac Giang province has approved the results of selecting investors for the Nham Bien Mountain Golf Course New Urban Area project in Dong Son commune, Bac Giang city and Tien Phong commune, Yen Dung district. The estimated population is 2,702 people.

This project is invested in synchronous construction of technical infrastructure on a land area of ​​about 134ha/602ha belonging to the detailed planning project of Nham Bien Mountain Golf Course Urban Area approved by the People's Committee of Bac Giang province in March 2022.

The project will have 979 low-rise houses, with rough construction and facade completion on adjacent plots of land with a total land area of ​​about 8.9 hectares; construction height of 5 floors.

In addition, the project also implements the construction of social housing on 2 plots of land with a total land area of ​​4.3 hectares, 6 floors high, the total construction area of ​​the houses is about 1.6 hectares. The commercial service project will be invested in construction on 4 plots of land with a total land area of ​​about 2.96 hectares.

For the sports tourism development area - golf course, the project will invest in building golf holes, golf paths, golf practice fields... on an area of ​​about 80 hectares; 18-hole golf course; maximum construction density of 5%, maximum height of 1 floor.

Project implementation progress is estimated at 72 months from the date of investor approval.

The total investment of this project is nearly 6,400 billion VND. Of which, the cost of project implementation is 5,828.3 billion VND. The value of compensation and site clearance is 568.5 billion VND. The value of unconditional contribution to the State budget is 205.5 billion VND.

The winning investor of this golf course urban area project is Thai Son Construction Investment Joint Stock Company. This enterprise was established in 2007, headquartered in Vinhomes Riverside Ecological Urban Area, Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi City.

As of the end of the second quarter of this year, Thai Son had a charter capital of VND13,500 billion. Of which, Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (stock code: VHM) is the parent company with voting ratio and interest ratio at 100% and 66.46% respectively.

In January, the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province approved Thai Son Construction Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor of the My Lam - Tuyen Quang Resort Urban Area project with a total investment of about VND18,245 billion.

In May, the joint venture between Thai Son Company and Dai An Construction Investment Joint Stock Company submitted a registration dossier to implement the Tan My New Urban Area Project. This project has an area of ​​about 930.8 hectares with a total investment of 74,400 billion VND. The implementation location is in Tan My commune, Duc Hoa district, Long An province.

Vinhomes' 2023 annual report said that in January, Can Gio Urban Tourism Joint Stock Company established TS Holding Real Estate Development Company Limited and contributed capital with 1.33 billion shares in Thai Son Company.

In February, Can Gio Company signed a contract to transfer 34% of its capital contribution in TS Holding Company to its partners.
