Accordingly, 08 communes in Soc Son district and Thach That district, Hanoi city are recognized as meeting the model new rural standards (phase 3) in 2023 in the following areas:

Mai Dinh Commune, Soc Son District, meets the standards of a model new rural area in the fields of: Health and Culture. Phu Cuong Commune, Soc Son District, meets the standards of a model new rural area in the fields of: Production and Culture. Phu Minh Commune, Soc Son District, meets the standards of a model new rural area in the fields of: Health and Culture. Trung Gia Commune, Soc Son District, meets the standards of a model new rural area in the fields of: Education and Training, Production and Health. Quang Tien Commune, Soc Son District, meets the standards of a model new rural area in the fields of: Production, Culture and Health. Xuan Giang Commune, Soc Son District, meets the standards of a model new rural area in the fields of: Production and Health.

Dong Truc commune, Thach That district has achieved the model new rural standards in the fields of: Education and Training, Health and Culture. Ha Bang commune, Thach That district has achieved the model new rural standards in the fields of: Health; Education and Training.

Communes that meet the model new rural standards (phase 3) in 2023 will be awarded a Certificate of recognition for the title of model new rural commune in 2023 and a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the City People's Committee. District and commune People's Committees are responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of the achieved fields and continuing to build model new rural areas in the remaining fields to move towards building a comprehensive model new rural commune according to regulations.
