Based on the investigation documents, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police determined that the case involved illegal drug trading on the Internet, on a very large scale, tightly organized, transnationally from Thailand to Vietnam for consumption, and involved subjects in many provinces and cities across the country. The mastermind and leader is abroad.

Implementing the Ministry of Public Security's guiding principle of "Fighting the whole network, not the middle, catching the ringleaders", Tuyen Quang Provincial Police coordinated with Ho Chi Minh City Police to arrest the subjects, seizing the largest amount of marijuana ever in many localities across the country. Currently, the case is being further investigated and clarified to handle the subjects according to the provisions of the law.
