This is the first startup accelerator program organized in Vietnam specifically for the field of energy efficiency. The goal is to attract investment in innovative solutions for energy saving and efficiency in the industrial, transportation and construction sectors in Vietnam.

The program consists of two parts that are implemented in parallel. Part one is for startups from pre-seed stage to seed stage that are registered in Vietnam, and foreign enterprises with business plans in Vietnam.

Businesses need a minimum viable product focusing on energy efficiency solutions for industry, construction and transportation in Vietnam.

Part two is specifically designed for students aged 15 to 25, who have ideas about energy efficiency solutions in industry, construction and transportation, suitable for the context in Vietnam.

Selected teams will participate in a 9-week training and coaching program, led by experts and advisors in the fields of startups and energy.

The total prize value of the program is up to 35,000 USD (more than 870 million VND) for startups and 10,000 USD for student startups. In addition, teams also have the opportunity to participate in domestic and international fundraising events from venture capital funds, including investments of up to 1 million USD from Touchstone Partners and potential investments from partner investment funds.

The Energy Efficiency Innovation Accelerator Program accepts online applications via the portal https://ais4ee.vn. The deadline for submission is 9:00 a.m. on September 29, 2024.
