Fell in love with Phan Thiet after a trip

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hiep has been working as a real estate broker for 10 years. During a trip to Phan Thiet (Binh Thuan) in 2019, he fell in love with this beautiful coastal land and moved here to start a business.

The new Dau Giay – Phan Thiet Expressway, which will be operational from 2023, is highly appreciated for its ability to shorten the travel time from Ho Chi Minh City to Phan Thiet from 4-5 hours to about 2 hours, bringing many benefits to tourism and the economy. In addition, the locality also plans to deploy Phan Thiet airport in the near future, creating favorable conditions for tourists from the North and Central regions.

According to Mr. Hiep, the fact that some large investors are planning to implement urban and commercial projects in Phan Thiet in the coming years will also attract more tourists to the locality.

He said that when the economy is more stable, real estate is still one of the safe investment channels with good profit margins over time. His customers are quite diverse, mainly from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and the northern provinces.

Mr. Hiep added: “I am lucky to meet customers from all over the country. Most of them have experience and knowledge of real estate investment in many places.
