Among more than 500 AmCham member companies and organizations, Dr. Thy Binh and APU Education Development Group were honored with the "Recognition of Significant Impacts from an ESG Initiative in Viet Nam" award at The AmCham Viet Nam ESG Impact Showcase 2023.

Thanks to their exceptional academic achievements, they were awarded many valuable scholarships from prestigious universities in the United States with a total value of more than 25 million USD. In particular, the Valedictorians and Salutatorians with academic achievements above 4.0 can receive scholarships from prestigious universities around the world, mostly in the United States, with full scholarships worth up to more than 130,000 USD.

Also among the APU Class of 2024 graduates, APU is filled with joy and pride as many outstanding students have been admitted to many top universities in the United States and around the world, and can now confidently spread their wings to conquer new horizons!

The first bright spot is the excellent Valedictorian Tran Xuan Khanh Linh. Linh was admitted to the University of California - Berkeley (UC Berkeley), the prestigious school ranked 1st among public universities and 15th among national universities according to the 2024 Best Colleges rankings in the United States.

In addition, APU is extremely proud to congratulate Luu Anna - the talented Valedictorian of the class of 2024 - for being admitted directly to the University of Sydney - the #1 prestigious university in Australia, considered the "jewel" of Australian education.

These prestigious schools have always been familiar destinations for generations of APU students. It is impossible not to mention the APU alumni who have successfully conquered the "golden" tickets to enter:

- Nguyen Ngoc Mai Thy - APU's 2022 salutatorian has won admission letters from three of the most prestigious universities in the United States (UC Berkeley, UC Davis and UC Irvine). Thy has surpassed more than ten thousand transfer applications and become a student at UC Berkeley.

- Duong Ngoc Bao Chau - Salutatorian of the Class of 2022 has graduated early and is currently a second-year student at the University of Sydney where Chau is pursuing a Bachelor of Science (Medical Science) with an “Unconditional offer of admission” and has been invited to participate in the prestigious Dalyell Scholarship program.

- Nguyen Khanh Linh has successfully been admitted to UC Irvine - one of the 10 best public universities in the US (#10 in Top Public Schools - US News, 2024)

- Hua Nha Van, APU's 2023 Salutatorian, was easily accepted into UC Davis (#6 in Top Public Schools - US News, 2024)

APU American International School was established in 2004 with its first campus located in Ho Chi Minh City. Following the success of the Ho Chi Minh City campus, APU added the APU American International School campus in Da Nang City in 2015 with a campus size of more than 31 hectares.

And not stopping at the secondary and primary education level, APU International Education Development Group has raised the quality of university education in Vietnam by establishing the American University in Vietnam - AUV with a campus in Da Nang and in the near future, a new, spacious and modern campus in Southern Vietnam.

Dang Kim Thi, a former student of APU class of 2012, is now a Doctor of Pharmacy among over 20 APU alumni who have achieved a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in the US.

Le Thi Hai Anh, APU alumnus class of 2013, is currently a Master of Finance (MBA) and a globally certified professional financial advisor (CPA: Certified Public Accountant); Huynh Thanh Huy, APU alumnus class of 2011, is currently a Master of Finance; Le Thi Hai Anh and Huynh Thanh Huy are both working at Big 4 financial companies in the world; Tran Thien Hong Anh, APU salutatorian class of 2013, has achieved a Doctor of Dentistry degree at Oregon Health & Science University, USA, and is currently a dentist after graduation. Or Nguyen Ngoc Huyen Tran, a 2008 class graduate, graduated from Stanford University, one of the most prestigious universities in the world for many years, currently working as a Senior Data Analyst at the world's largest technology corporation Microsoft, Le Ngoc Truyen, graduated in 2012, has successfully completed a Master of Science degree at the University of California, Berkeley and is working at the multinational corporation Lygos, and many other bright faces from APU and AUV.
