According to the report, since the end of the previous meeting, the Hanoi People's Committee has continued to receive recommendations from investors. As of August 13, 2024, there were 46 recommendations from 45 investors; of which, 43/46 recommendations have had written instructions for departments, branches, and units to review and report; 3 new recommendations have not yet had written instructions for departments and branches.

At the meeting, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh and members of the Special Working Group directly listened to proposals and recommendations from 4 local businesses regarding investment and site clearance issues of the projects, including:

Project to build Biti's Northern Trade Center in Yen Nghia Industrial Park (Yen Nghia Ward, Ha Dong District) of Binh Tien Consumer Goods Production Company Limited.

Investment project "Thach Ban Commercial Service and Office Complex" (address 455, Nguyen Van Linh Street, Phuc Dong Ward, Long Bien District) of Thach Ban Group Joint Stock Company.

Hoang Van Thu New Urban Area Project (Hoang Mai District) of Hoang Mai Urban Development Investment Joint Stock Company.

Project of Complex of commercial center, office, hotel and apartment for sale (in Nam Trung Yen Urban Area, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District) of Sao Phuong Bac Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

After listening to the report of the City People's Committee Office, the discussion opinions of the departments and delegates attending the meeting, Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh - Head of the Working Group directly discussed with businesses, investors, relevant units and localities about the actual situation of each project.

At the same time, direct departments and branches to coordinate with local authorities to organize inspections, reviews, and thoroughly resolve arising problems under the authority of departments, branches, and localities.

At the same time, research and implement reductions and simplifications in handling procedures for project investment, deploy mechanisms, policies and solutions to support businesses to promptly grasp investment cooperation opportunities in the new situation.

For difficulties and problems beyond the authority, the Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the Office of the City People's Committee to synthesize and promptly report to the Government and the Prime Minister's Special Working Group for consideration and resolution, ensuring benefits for people and businesses.
