Freight trading platform software officially launched from August 10

In order to facilitate customers to easily choose freight transport services, from August 10, Vietnam Railway Corporation officially launched the railway freight transport trading platform software through the website http://sanhanghoa.vtds.vn.

This is an open website, as soon as passengers access it, the homepage will clearly display information about train type, route, type of goods and shipping price by carriage, by ton within a certain time frame.

With this trading floor, information about transporting goods by train is public and transparent, customers with transportation needs will easily search and choose the appropriate form of transportation for their needs.

To register for shipping, customers access the website, enter search information such as: departure place, destination, departure station, arrival station, type of shipping, item name... Then, customers choose the appropriate train type and enter the goods information then select "save". After completing this step, a railway staff will contact the customer and proceed to transport the goods.

After sending the goods, customers can track the shipping process, thereby proactively planning the delivery of goods. If there is a need to get an electronic invoice, customers must provide full information to get the invoice immediately when completing the shipping procedure.
