For savings deposits at the counter, SHB listed interest rates for 1-month and 2-month terms 0.2 percentage points higher than the previous month, thereby increasing interest rates to 3.3%/year.

With a term of 3 - 5 months, the savings interest rate is at 3.4%/year, up 0.2 percentage points compared to the previous month.

For a term of 6 - 8 months, customers enjoy a stable interest rate of 4.5%/year.

Similarly, for the 9-month to 11-month term, the mobilization interest rate is 4.6%/year, unchanged from the previous month.

With a 12-month term, SHB is listing a deposit interest rate of 5%/year.

The 13-month and 15-month terms are 5.1%/year; the 18-month term is 5.2%/year; the 24-month term is 5.5%/year and the 36-month term or 36 months or more is 5.8%/year. Of which, 5.8%/year is the highest interest rate when making regular savings deposits at the counter.

Notably, for savings deposits of VND2 billion or more, an interest rate 0.1 percentage point higher than for deposits under VND2 billion will be applied, equivalent to 3.4 - 5.9%/year.

This August, SHB Bank also adjusted the online deposit interest rate table to increase for all terms from 1 - 36 months, fluctuating between 3.5 - 6.1%/year.

Specifically, the 1-month and 2-month terms have a mobilization interest rate of 3.5%/year, an increase of 0.2 percentage points.

The 3-month to 5-month term has a mobilization interest rate of 3.6%/year, an increase of 0.2 percentage points.

For a term of 6 - 8 months, the interest rate is 4.7%/year. For a term of 9 - 11 months, the interest rate is 4.8%/year.

For a 12-month term, the current interest rate is 5.2%; for a 13-month and 15-month term, the same interest rate is 5.3%/year; for an 18-month term, it is 5.5%/year and for a 24-month term, it is 5.8%/year, with no new adjustments.

Notably, SHB offers the highest savings interest rate in the form of online savings of 6.1%/year for customers depositing money for a term of 36 months or more.
