The product advertisement content is misleading as having the effect of medicine, the advertisement is inconsistent with the issued certificate of advertising content.

Insuna health protection food is announced and registered for advertising content confirmation by Meiko Trading and Construction Company Limited, address: 91 Linh Lang, Cong Vi Ward, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.

At the meeting with the Department of Food Safety, a representative of Meiko Trading and Construction Company Limited affirmed that the Company did not carry out and did not authorize any organization or individual to advertise Insuna health protection food at the above links.

The Food Safety Department is coordinating with relevant agencies to verify and handle the case according to current regulations. The handling results will be made public on the Department's website at: https://vfa.gov.vn/ and the public health portal at https://congkhaiyte.moh.gov.vn/.

While the authorities are handling the case, the Food Safety Department recommends that consumers do not base their decisions on illegal advertising content to purchase and use products at the above link because it may cause health and economic risks.
