Leading the group of 10 real estate enterprises with the largest budget contributions in 2023 is Vinhomes Joint Stock Company with a budget contribution of about 18,100 billion VND, accounting for 56.5% of the total budget contributions of the 10 real estate "giants".

Of Vinhomes' budget payment of VND 18,100 billion in 2023, VAT is more than VND 9,400 billion, corporate income tax is more than VND 5,800 billion, land use fees and land rents are VND 2,000 billion, the rest are other taxes and fees.

According to Vinhomes' financial report, in 2023, the company's net revenue reached more than VND103,000 billion, an increase of 66% over the previous year. This revenue mainly came from the sale of 9,800 real estate products at the two projects Ocean Park 2 and Ocean Park 3 in Hung Yen.
