Accordingly, in Decision No. 2289/QD-BYT, Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan transferred and appointed Mr. Ha Anh Duc - Chief of Office of the Ministry of Health and Chief of Office of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Health to hold the position of Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management, Ministry of Health.

The term of appointment is 5 years from the effective date of the Decision. The Decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation.

Mr. Ha Anh Duc, born in 1973, from Hai Phong, graduated: General Practitioner, Hanoi Medical University in 1996; Bachelor of Foreign Languages, Foreign Language University - Hanoi National University in 1998; Bachelor of Economics, National Economics University in 2000; Master of International Health Population, Harvard University in 2004; Doctor of Public Health, Boston University in 2010.

Mr. Ha Anh Duc has held many positions at the Ministry of Health: Deputy Head of Department, Head of General Department - Office of the Ministry of Health; Secretary of the Minister of Health; Deputy Chief of Office of the Ministry of Health; Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief of Office of the Ministry of Health and Chief of Office of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Health; Chairman of the Vietnam Young Physicians Association; Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union; Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Ministry's Party Committee.

Thus, currently the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management has 4 leaders: Director Dr. Ha Anh Duc and 3 Deputy Directors: Dr. Nguyen Trong Khoa, Dr. Vuong Anh Duong and Dr. Duong Huy Luong.
