According to the newly signed Memorandum of Understanding, Nhan Dan Newspaper and Nhan Dan Daily agreed to continue to strengthen cooperation, understanding, friendship and promote common development through exchange activities and delegation exchanges, in which the two sides will conduct delegation exchanges led by newspaper leaders, periodically every two years; carry out irregular delegation exchanges at various levels on topics such as new media, new technology, as well as training young journalists, etc.

The two sides also agreed to promote cooperation through the exchange of press products.

Meanwhile, Nhan Dan Newspaper and Xinhua News Agency affirmed their readiness to cooperate for mutual benefit in the field of news and information; exchange high-level visits led by leaders of each side, to enhance mutual understanding and discuss promoting bilateral cooperation; exchange news and information products, cooperate in professional training, participate in conferences and seminars according to programs organized by each side; closely coordinate in informing about visits by State leaders or official delegations, as well as major activities and events held in each country.

Over the years, Nhan Dan Newspaper, Nhan Dan Daily and Xinhua News Agency have maintained close cooperation, with delegation exchanges, sharing of professional expertise and journalism experience.

During the meetings with delegations from Nhan Dan and Xinhua News Agency who visited and worked at Nhan Dan Newspaper, comrade Le Quoc Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, and President of the Vietnam Journalists Association, repeatedly affirmed that Nhan Dan Newspaper wishes to further strengthen cooperation with Nhan Dan and Xinhua News Agency, thereby continuing to actively contribute to the promotion of the good friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and China.

By signing the Memorandums of Understanding on Cooperation, Nhan Dan Newspaper, Nhan Dan Daily and Xinhua News Agency have established a solid foundation to jointly promote closer cooperation in the coming time, actively contributing to strengthening the Vietnam-China Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership, expanding exchanges, mutual understanding and cultivating good friendship between the people of the two countries.
