Mr. Dinh The Vinh, Vice Chairman of Thai Hoa Town People's Committee, sent his thanks to Dan Tri newspaper and readers for sharing and helping Mr. Khang's family.

" Dan Tri Newspaper has accompanied and shared with many situations in the town during the past time. In the case of Mr. Khang, it is a rather tragic situation when both of his children are blind, disabled and unable to work.

The couple are old, so the help from Dan Tri newspaper at this time really brings joy. On behalf of the family and the town, I would like to sincerely thank the readers of Dan Tri newspaper for sharing the difficulties with Mr. Khang's family," said Mr. Dinh The Vinh.

Receiving the small gift, Mr. Khang shared: "In a short time after Dan Tri newspaper published the article, my family received many phone calls sharing and supporting both money and material. Thanks to Dan Tri newspaper sharing, my old wife and I are very happy at the end of our lives. I would like to thank the readers of Dan Tri newspaper very much."

According to Mr. Khang, after Dan Tri newspaper published the article, his account received more than 60 million VND. Thus, the amount of money Mr. Khang received was more than 100 million VND. The entire amount was transferred to the family's account by Dan Tri newspaper and readers.

Since birth, Nguyen Thi Tuy (born in 1975) and Nguyen Thi Thao (born in 1987), the children of Mr. Khang and his wife, have had congenital disabilities, both eyes are blind; their legs and arms are also disabled and they cannot walk like normal people.

Although they took their children to many hospitals, they could not be cured. Nearly 50 years have passed, and for that long, Mr. Khang and his wife have been most concerned about their children's eyes.

For nearly half a decade, countless sleepless nights, the father cried silently. Although he loved his children very much, poverty and hardship forced them to let their children suffer many disadvantages.

Many times, because of food and clothing, they had to leave their two daughters at home to go to work. And every time the children were sick, they had no money to take them to the hospital, so they just picked a handful of tobacco leaves from the garden for them to drink.

Now, Mr. Khang and his wife are more worried as they are nearing the end of their lives. Mr. Khang's two daughters are receiving support for the disabled. While worrying about the end of their lives, Mr. Khang's family and his two daughters received timely support from readers of Dan Tri newspaper.
