At the Conference, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Phung Duc Chien announced Decision No. 1332-QDNS/TW dated June 28, 2024 of the Central Party Secretariat on early retirement for comrade Nguyen Quoc Chung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Bac Ninh province from July 1, 2024; Resolution No. 1095/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated July 18, 2024 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on approving the results of the dismissal of Chairman of the People's Council of Bac Ninh province, term 19, term 2021-2026 for Mr. Nguyen Quoc Chung from July 10, 2024.

Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan presented decisions to dismiss the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and retire early to comrade Nguyen Quoc Chung.

Resolution No. 1126/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated August 2, 2024 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on approving the election results of Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Council, 19th term, 2021-2026 term from July 31, 2024.

Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan and Central delegates presented flowers to congratulate comrade Nguyen Huong Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, on being approved to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Phung Duc Chien also announced Decision No. 1409-QDNS/TW dated August 1, 2024 of the Politburo on approving comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan presented the decisions to comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.

Decision No. 789/QD-TTg dated August 2, 2024 of the Prime Minister approving the election results for the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, term 2021-2026 for Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.

Also at the conference, the Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 1406-QDNS/TW dated August 1, 2024 of the Central Party Secretariat approving Comrade Nguyen Thi Ha, Provincial Party Committee member, Chairwoman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province to join the Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan presented the Decision on approving Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha, Chairwoman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to join the Standing Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.

Decision No. 769/QD-TTg dated August 2, 2024 of the Prime Minister approving the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, term 2021-2026 for Mr. Le Xuan Loi, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Tu Son city.

Secretary of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan presented the decision on approving the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee to comrade Le Xuan Loi.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan respectfully thanked comrade Nguyen Quoc Chung for his contributions to the construction and development of Bac Ninh during his past working period.

Comrade Nguyen Quoc Chung's early proposal of his retirement to the Party Committee helped Bac Ninh take the initiative in preparing the next generation of cadres, contributing to creating conditions for young cadres to affirm and promote their capacity.
