At the commendation ceremony, Bac Giang Provincial Police held a ceremony to report to Uncle Ho the results and achievements of the Provincial Police force and typical advanced individuals in studying and implementing Uncle Ho's Six Teachings to the People's Police and summarizing the first phase of the special emulation movement to achieve achievements in celebration of the 80th anniversary of the People's Police Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), 20 years of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).

Accordingly, many officers and soldiers of Bac Giang Provincial Police have promoted a sense of responsibility; dedicated to their work; proactive and creative in their professional work; resourceful and brave in the fight against crime; and regularly trained and cultivated their moral qualities and lifestyle.

Recently, the Bac Giang Provincial Police force has contributed to reducing the number of social order crimes by 7%, reducing the number of temporarily suspended cases by 10% compared to 2023; receiving and handling 100% of crime reports, recommending prosecution and the settlement rate reached over 95%. The rate of investigation and discovery of cases reached over 80%, of which very serious and especially serious cases reached over 95%, ensuring security and safety of detention facilities, reducing the rate of people who have completed their prison sentences and re-offending...

Bac Giang Provincial Police have had many good, creative and innovative ways in State management of security and order; reduced traffic accidents in all three criteria and reduced particularly serious fires and explosions.

Summarizing the emulation movement "For National Security" in 2024, Bac Giang Provincial Police was honored to receive the "Emulation Flag for Leading the Emulation Movement For National Security" from the Ministry of Public Security and the "Leading Flag for Patriotic Emulation Movement" from the People's Committee of Bac Giang province.

On this occasion, 46 collectives and 55 individuals with outstanding achievements in the first phase, the special emulation movement to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Public Security Traditional Day, the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection, and the peak period of crime suppression, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, were honored to receive Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Police Director.

Also at the program, 10 outstanding young faces of Bac Giang Police and 10 outstanding communal police following Uncle Ho's teachings were commended and awarded.

These are individuals who have achieved many outstanding achievements, have many good and creative ways of doing things that have been applied and replicated in practical work and combat. Not only are they good at professional expertise, they are also the core members of the union and youth movement, for many consecutive years they have achieved the title of "Emulation Fighter" and have been honored with many Certificates of Merit and Certificates of Merit.

On behalf of 20 typical advanced faces, Captain Nguyen Van Chuc, Deputy Team Leader, Criminal Technique Department, thanked the attention of the Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police, leaders of the Police units and localities for always paying attention to the work of building and nurturing typical advanced factors. The Captain expressed his determination to continue to strive, study and practice to improve his political qualities, professional qualifications, and be ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh, Director of the Provincial Police Department, commended the outstanding achievements of the entire Provincial Police force, especially the collectives and individuals who were commended and rewarded.

The Provincial Police Director requested that each collective and individual who was commended and rewarded today should maintain and promote the achievements they have made; continue to try and strive even harder. Heads of the Police of units and localities should continue to do a good job of political and ideological education, pay attention to and create favorable conditions for officers and soldiers to actively participate in the emulation movements "For the security of the Fatherland"; organize many emulation movements, associated with assigned political tasks and arouse the will, pride, honor and responsibility of officers and soldiers of the People's Police for the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
