Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai Van was appointed as Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thua Thien Hue province.

Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Nguyen Huu Dung; Mr. Le Truong Luu, Secretary of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Party Committee attended and delivered speeches at the congress.

The congress was attended by 304 official delegates, representing the great solidarity and unity of all classes of people, religions and ethnic groups in the province and more than 200 invited delegates.

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Thua Thien - Hue province assessed the results of implementing the Action Program of the term 2019 - 2024 and determined the Action Program of the term 2024 - 2029.

The Congress consulted and elected 95 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thua Thien - Hue province for the 10th term, 2024 - 2029. The Congress consulted and elected Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai Van, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thua Thien - Hue province for the 2024-2029 term; along with 3 Vice Chairmen including Mr. Duong Dinh Luan, Mr. Nguyen Tien Nam and Ms. Pham Thi Ai Nhi.

The consultative congress of delegates attending the 10th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024 - 2029, includes 8 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate.
