On August 2, the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hai Phong city held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Secretariat of the Youth Union on recognizing Mr. Le Khac Nguyen Anh as Secretary of the Hai Phong City Youth Union, term XIV, 2022 - 2027.

Attending the conference were Mr. Bui Quang Huy - First Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, and leaders of the Central Committees of the Youth Union. Mr. Le Tien Chau - Secretary of the Hai Phong City Party Committee, and leaders of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, etc. also attended.

At the conference, Mr. Bui Quang Huy expressed his hope and confidence that in his new position, Mr. Le Khac Nguyen Anh will continue to strive and promote his political qualities, intelligence and capacity to achieve many victories with the Hai Phong City Youth Union.

In his acceptance speech, the new Secretary of the City Youth Union thanked the Central Youth Union Secretariat and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee for their attention and recognition, and expressed his determination to continuously study, practice, and strive, continuing to promote his youthfulness and enthusiasm in carrying out his assigned tasks.

Previously, the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee decided to transfer and appoint Ms. Vuong Toan Thu Thuy - Secretary of the Hai Phong City Youth Union - to take on the position of Deputy Head of the Hai Phong City Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
