Memories were shared by the employees themselves from the first days of building the factory, the challenges they overcame to the milestones the Company has achieved over the years. Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang, General Director of Hoa Phat Group said: “The culture of Hoa Phat Animal Feed inherits the culture of the Group. Reviewing the achievements over the past 10 years, Ms. Pham Thi Hong Van, Director of the Company, shared: "We have built a team of highly qualified and enthusiastic staff, along with a systematic, professional and synchronous management system, providing good support for production and business activities. In terms of output, the company ranks 13th among the largest animal feed companies in Vietnam. At the same time, we have built the prestigious Hoa Phat animal feed brand that is highly appreciated by customers, with a network of about 600 agents nationwide."

"In the next 5 years, the company aims to grow in scale for sustainable development. I am especially proud that the company has 117 members (accounting for more than 50% of the staff) who have been with the company for 5 years or more. Each member of the company is an indispensable part of this development journey. Together we have overcome all difficulties to have a strong company like today," Ms. Van added.

Besides the efforts of all employees, we must mention the special role of Mr. Hoang Van Cong - Deputy Director of the company. Over the past 10 years, with the determination to maintain "High quality product line" and the "Mutual benefit" cooperation mindset with customers, Mr. Hoang Van Cong has contributed to building a strong dealer network, helping Hoa Phat compete on par with FDI companies in Vietnam.

The special moment of the Gala night was the ceremony to honor and show gratitude to employees who have been with the company for many years. 117 individuals were honored, organized into 6 groups, these are members who have been with the company for 5 years or more. Each member, when their name was called, stepped onto the stage with pride and happiness clearly visible on their faces, receiving meaningful gifts and souvenirs from the Board of Directors.

Sharing with HPG News, Mr. Hoang The Co, Sales Team Leader of Region 7, shared: "I am very impressed with the clip expressing the feelings of the staff members in the company. I was really moved when watching this clip. Through the clip, I saw that not only I feel like Hoa Phat is like a family, but all the staff members feel the same way. Although each person has a different department and personality, they are always dedicated and responsible for their work. We always support each other enthusiastically, both in work and in life."

Mr. Cao Ngoc Tien, Sales Team Leader of Region 1, one of the honored officers shared: "This event was prepared very carefully and meticulously many months ago. Gradually, over time, with software, the workload increased but the working time was shorter and my thinking ability also improved, and the accuracy was also higher."

Every day, every member tries to complete the work better," said Mr. Pham Van Dong, Head of the Planning - Production Coordination Team, recognizing the changes over the past 10 years.

Development!" and sent best wishes on the occasion of the Company's 10th birthday.
