The total area of ​​flower production in the commune is 7 hectares, the plants grow and develop well. In order to improve mixed gardens and develop the economy, in the past year, the Commune Farmers' Association monitored and mobilized households to plant and care for fruit trees, grow guava in Hoa Khe village; grow flowers for Tet in the villages (Tung Son, Phu Thuong, An Ngai Dong, Dai La, An Ngai Tay 1, An Ngai Tay 2), including nearly 9,000 pots of chrysanthemums, 73,000 pots of marigolds, 50 pots of lilies, 500 pots of dahlias.

The livestock situation in the area is stable. The Commune Farmers' Association encourages people to use livestock breeds with good productivity and quality, at the same time, strictly manage the farming environment, carry out veterinary hygiene, disinfection and effective disease prevention. In particular, vaccination for livestock and poultry is always focused on, especially maintaining disease-free areas for livestock and poultry in the commune.

From the beginning of 2024 to now, the Commune Farmers' Association has admitted 36 new members, bringing the total number of members to 1,216. In addition, maintaining farm models that have brought about efficiency such as: Mr. Thai Cong Quan's household (Phu Thuong village) produces forestry seedlings, fruit trees, providing products to farmers in and outside the locality; Mr. Pham Vinh's guava growing model, has now established a guava growing association with 4 members; established a biological litter pig raising association with 4 members; an aquaculture association in An Ngai Tay 2 village; the Hoa Son civet raising and general agricultural service cooperative has initially brought about efficiency... Hoa Son decorative stone production with more than 100 households brings in significant income, contributing to job creation and improving people's lives.

Implementing the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", the Commune Farmers' Association mobilized cadres and farmer members to actively participate in environmental sanitation, traffic jams and alleys; renovating abandoned land in Hoc May field (An Ngai Tay 3 village) with an area of ^{​​22,700m2} to grow lotus, raise fish and snails. Currently, 17 households have participated, bringing high economic efficiency to their families. In particular, responding to the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the commune, 40 working days and 4.5 million VND have been mobilized to support construction materials so that people in difficult circumstances can have more solid houses. In addition, the Commune Farmers' Association coordinated to organize propaganda about health insurance, social insurance, and mobilized 42 members to register to buy voluntary social insurance. In the past year, the association opened a flower and ornamental plant growing class for 35 students; Survey, make a list of proposals to support 55 students to participate in vocational training classes in fruit tree growing techniques, intermediate veterinary medicine, information technology, and accounting.

In 2025, the Commune Farmers' Association will continue to replicate models of crop and livestock conversion in the area, especially models of raising civets, freshwater fish and growing fruit trees and economic gardens. Mr. Nguyen Van Hai, Chairman of the Hoa Son Commune Farmers' Association, said that the association's activities are effectively supported by capital from the farmer support fund for 27 members in developing production and increasing income. In the coming time, the association will continue to promote the movement of good farmers in production and business, propagate and mobilize members to build and replicate effective production models. In addition, it will coordinate with vocational training units to support farmers in terms of plant varieties, capital, science and technology, product consumption, along with building new rural areas and developing OCOP products.
