The growing digital technology has been changing people's lives and habits, forcing businesses to change and adapt. Therefore, the need for digital transformation has become urgent for businesses to innovate their models, gradually shift their business activities to digital platforms, seek more markets, cut costs, and improve operational efficiency, competitiveness, and adapt to the new context.

In order to support capacity building for businesses in the digital transformation process, the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council under the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry organized an online training course "Participating in safe and effective e-commerce for small and medium-sized enterprises owned by women".

According to the Organizing Committee, the training course is suitable for small, medium and micro enterprises owned by women; women who have started their own businesses.

By attending the program, students will be provided with knowledge about information security when participating in e-commerce; helping businesses identify and respond to forms of fraud, scams, and data breaches.

The training course is also expected to contribute to promoting digital transformation in the business community; accelerating the implementation of digital transformation to create a foundation for businesses to seize opportunities, change business opportunities, restructure products in the market, improve efficiency and competitiveness for businesses.

The course will take place from 2pm on Friday, May 9, 2025, online via Zoom. Free to attend.
