TCH is in the TOP of enterprises meeting information disclosure standards

In recent years, TCH has been continuously included in the list of enterprises meeting Information Disclosure Standards. IR Awards is a program to select listed enterprises with the best IR activities co-organized by Vietstock, VAFE Association and FILI newspaper. IR Awards recognizes and honors enterprises that fully and promptly fulfill their obligations to disclose information on the stock market annually through a survey of all listed enterprises and the publication of a list of listed enterprises meeting Information Disclosure Standards.

Throughout its business operations, TCH has always promoted investor relations activities, not only through online channels but also by organizing meetings and conferences with shareholders, helping to make the company's image transparent, and information is always updated to shareholders and investors quickly and promptly.

Recently, TCH also successfully held the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. At the meeting, the company announced impressive business results when for the first time TCH reported a profit of thousands of billions. Specifically, pre-tax profit was 1,278 billion VND, after-tax profit was 1,035 billion VND. Total revenue in 2020 reached 4,423 billion VND.

The company is also entering a period of breakthrough growth with the simultaneous implementation of large-scale and very large-scale real estate projects with a total investment of tens of billions of VND. In particular, TCH's key project in 2021 is the Hoang Huy Commerce Residential and Commercial Service Complex with a scale of 5 apartment buildings in Le Chan District, Hai Phong City with a total investment of nearly 5,000 billion VND. The project was just started on May 11, 2021, and the entire project is expected to be put into operation after more than 2 years of construction.
