OCB appoints new Chief Accountant

Orient Commercial Bank (OCB) recently announced the decision to appoint the position of Chief Accountant.

Accordingly, Ms. Nguyen Van Anh was appointed as Chief Accountant of OCB from December 10, 2024. It is known that Ms. Nguyen Van Anh graduated with a Master's degree in International Accounting from Swinburne University of Technology (Australia). Before joining OCB, she held many important positions such as: Chief Accountant, CFO, Director of the Center for Management Reporting and Financial Control at many domestic and international organizations. With her new role at OCB, Ms. Nguyen Van Anh is expected to promote her capacity and experience to accompany the Board of Directors to achieve the set goals. In the final stage of the year, OCB has been continuously promoting activities to prioritize business support such as: launching a series of "tailored" products suitable for each specific need of individual customers as well as businesses, promoting digital transformation, strongly applying Open API... In addition, implementing new and effective policies, increasing credit quality, it is expected that bank credit growth will exceed 20%, higher than the industry average. In the coming time, OCB will continue to develop criteria for green businesses, support and advise businesses and customers to meet the requirements to receive preferential capital funding packages; Diversifying products, optimizing experiences, exploiting and providing modern financial products for the customer ecosystem, thereby increasing the scale of green credit, saving resources and energy, reducing emissions, building a safe and happy working environment... demonstrates the bank's strong commitment to the greening journey, accompanying the Government for the Net Zero goal by 2050.
