At 2am, along the sidewalk of Le Loi Street (District 1), thousands of people gathered to watch the parade rehearsal. Since this is a street with many parades, many young people had gone there from 11pm the day before, bringing raincoats, nylon sheets, food, and water to eat, sleep, and wait.

As planned, the rehearsal with the participation of 13,000 people from 48 blocks will take place at 7am on Le Duan Street. This is the 4th joint training in Ho Chi Minh City of the forces after more than 2 months of rehearsals in many provinces and cities across the country. For the first time, the joint training will take place during the day, with the participation of many fighter jets, helicopters flying flags, and dropping heat traps before the official parade on the morning of April 30.
