Upon receiving the news, the school quickly took the students to Vinh City General Hospital and Nghe An General Hospital for emergency treatment. Of the three injured students, one is being monitored for a head injury, while the other two suffered less serious injuries.

After the incident, leaders of the Pedagogical Practice School and Vinh University were present at the scene to coordinate with the authorities to block off the area where the incident occurred and inspect the entire railing system and school hallways.

According to the leader of Ben Thuy Ward People's Committee, the incident happened during recess when 3 students were playing in the yard and were suddenly hit by a stainless steel railing from the 4th floor.

This incident has caused panic and anxiety for many students and parents about the safety of school facilities.

The cause of the incident is being investigated and clarified by the authorities in coordination with the school.
