Mr. Hoang Ba Dinh, 25 years old, a teacher in Hanoi, had a memorable 2-day, 2-night trip to Ta Van when he successfully hunted for a "million dollar view" of the lush green terraced fields. Photo: NVCC

He said he had been to Ta Van once in 2022, but because he liked the people and scenery here so much, he decided to come back again: "I really love the peaceful scenery in Ta Van. The air this season is extremely nice, the early mornings and late afternoons are both chilly." Photo: NVCC

Mr. Dinh affirmed that the most impressive thing, which also makes him want to return to Ta Van many times, is the peaceful feeling that other famous villages in Sa Pa do not have. Photo: NVCC

In particular, the male tourist felt that this trip was very successful because he found a satisfactory homestay with a room view overlooking the vast rice fields and hills of Ta Van. Photo: NVCC

With a “million dollar view”, painting, eating or even just sitting and admiring the scenery is extremely enjoyable. Photo: NVCC

Meals ordered right at the homestay are prepared with the typical flavors of local cuisine, both delicious and unique. Photo: NVCC

“In addition to Ta Van, I have seen terraced fields in Y Ty, Hoang Su Phi... and found each place has its own beauty. The people in the village are very affectionate, the scenery is “indescribably beautiful”, so I really love the Northwest regions,” Dinh shared. Photo: NVCC

The male tourist said that Ta Van is not as difficult to travel as other Northwest backpacking routes. This location is only about 10km from the center of Sapa town, the road is quite nice so there is no inconvenience. Photo: NVCC

At the end of August, when the rice is ripe, Mr. Dinh plans to take his friends back to Ta Van once more to admire the "golden sea" of the Northwest. Photo: NVCC
