The conference was held live from the central bridge at Dien Hong Hall, National Assembly House; combined online to 21,000 bridges at provincial, municipal and central party committees; central departments, ministries, branches, public service units and district and commune-level bridges nationwide, with more than 1.5 million participants.

Also attending at the Central bridge were Politburo members: President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man; former Politburo members, former National Assembly Chairmen: Nguyen Sinh Hung, Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan; Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu and a number of Politburo members, members of the Secretariat.
Former Politburo member and former President Nguyen Minh Triet attended at the Binh Duong province bridge; former Politburo members: former President Truong Tan Sang and former Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung attended at the Ho Chi Minh City bridge.

Politburo members, former Politburo members, Central Party Secretaries, former Central Party Secretaries, Central Party Committee members, and alternate Central Party Committee members attended at local and unit connection points.

The conference was also attended by leaders of central departments, ministries, branches and organizations; key officials at provincial, district and communal levels of 63 provinces and cities nationwide; central reporters, provincial and district reporters. Many localities expanded the connection to village cultural houses, residential groups and community activity points.
The conference was televised and broadcast live on Vietnam Television and Voice of Vietnam to widely disseminate its contents to a wide range of cadres, party members and people.

At the Conference, delegates listened to three topics, including:
The topic "On the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress: New points in summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; new points in the draft Report summarizing the work of Party building and implementing the Party's Charter submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; new points in the draft Political Report; new points in the draft report on 5 years of implementing the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021 - 2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5 years 2026-2030" was delivered by Politburo member, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

The topic "On amending the Constitution and laws; directions for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term" was delivered by Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man.

The topic "On continuing to streamline the organization, making it lean, efficient, effective and efficient; amending and supplementing regulations on implementing the Party Charter; Directive amending Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW, dated January 18, 2025 of the 13th Politburo on Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term" was delivered by Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Organization Commission Le Minh Hung.

These are all extremely important contents that the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee discussed and gave opinions on.

At the Conference, Party and State leaders will present and disseminate the core contents, new points, and key points in the Conference documents, which will be the basis for Party committees, Party organizations, departments, ministries, branches, and localities to continue to disseminate, propagate, and implement in local agencies and units.
