Over the past 10 years, the Party Committee and the Head of the Coast Guard Region 2 Command have widely and synchronously implemented Directive 05-CT/TW in various forms, closely combined with the Emulation Movement to Win, campaigns of all levels and sectors, and associated with the implementation of the unit's political tasks, making the content of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle a regular task of each officer and soldier. Through study sessions, political activities, and dissemination of resolutions and directives of Party committees at all levels; officers and soldiers of the Coast Guard Region 2 Command have increasingly deeply imbued with the basic contents of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, thereby enhancing their political mettle and steadfastness in revolutionary ideals and goals.

Overview of the Conference.

The conference objectively assessed the achieved results, pointed out the limitations, shortcomings, causes and drew lessons after 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW in each Party committee and organization, proposed policies, directions, tasks and solutions to continue promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, and promoting the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the coming time.

The Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 2 awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Le Huy, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 2, requested to further enhance the awareness and responsibility of each cadre, party member and the masses in voluntarily studying and following Uncle Ho's ideology, morality and style, especially in performing the exemplary role of leaders, commanders and managers. Agencies and units should promote their combined strength, deploy synchronously, comprehensively, realistically, specifically, achieving practical results, creating a strong movement, spreading widely and having high persuasiveness.

Party committees and commanders of agencies and units should lead and direct the improvement of the quality and effectiveness of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, creating a clear change in the morality and lifestyle of cadres, party members and the masses, associated with overcoming weaknesses and weak points in agencies and units, contributing to building Party committees and organizations that excellently fulfill their tasks, exemplary, and comprehensively strong agencies and units "Exemplary, typical".
