Welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress, Cam Pha City is strongly spreading the spirit of emulation through a series of practical and meaningful projects and tasks.

With the motto "The State and the people work together", Cam Pha City has mobilized maximum resources from the budget and socialization, demonstrating the spirit of consensus and joint efforts of the entire political system and all classes of people in constructing works and tasks. A typical example is the project to renovate a nearly 60m long road in lane 44, group 1, Le Loi area, Cam Tay ward, costing 430 million VND.

Mr. Pham Thanh Ha, Party Cell Secretary, Head of Le Loi Ward, said: Previously, the alley was narrow, less than 1.6m wide, often muddy and seriously degraded. Now the new road has been completely concreted. Right from the beginning, the ward determined that the road renovation was a project of the people, by the people and for the people. Therefore, along with mobilizing contributions from households, the Party Cell mobilized benefactors, businesses and party members living in the ward to support. Thanks to the high consensus and sense of responsibility of the collective, in a short time, the ward raised enough funds, together completing the road on schedule and with quality.

The average amount each household donated was about 40 million VND, some households contributed up to 60 million VND, and some households also volunteered to donate nearly ^100m2.   land. Mr. Do Minh Bang (group 1, Le Loi area) shared: "I strongly support the city's policy, because this is a practical action, bringing immediate and long-term benefits to the whole community. My family has donated nearly ^40m2   land to widen the road, many other families also do not hesitate to contribute money and effort. Each meter of widened road is an additional convenience and safety for their children and grandchildren in the future."

The emulation movement in Cam Pha City has also spread strongly in the field of digital transformation, gradually modernizing management and operation at the grassroots level. Cam Trung Ward has installed an online meeting system connecting the Ward People's Committee to all 15 neighborhoods and 3 schools in the area. Applying IT not only helps save time and organization costs, but also improves the efficiency of communicating the Party's policies and resolutions to each cadre, party member and citizen quickly, synchronously and directly. Thereby, the spirit of innovation and creativity in direction and operation continues to spread, contributing to improving the quality of operations of the grassroots political system.

Mr. Nguyen Nhu Ngoc, Secretary of the Party Committee of Cam Trung Ward, said: As soon as the policy of applying digital transformation and IT in management and operation was issued, the Party Committee and People's Committee of the ward were determined to synchronously deploy the online meeting system, connecting from the People's Committee of the ward to all neighborhoods and schools in the area. The ward has mobilized more than 300 million VND from socialized sources, completing the project early and putting it into operation. Party cells and residential groups have responded positively, because they clearly see the practical effectiveness, information arrives faster, meeting content is more in-depth and easier to spread.

Sharing the same excitement, Mr. Le Duy Tien, Party Cell Secretary, Head of Zone 6C, Cam Trung Ward, shared: People in Zone 6C are very supportive of this policy. After a short time of launching, Zone 6C raised 17 million VND to install equipment and organize online meetings. The atmosphere of Party cell meetings is now not only serious and effective but also much more convenient and modern.

Up to now, Cam Pha City has 216 meaningful works and projects to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, registered and implemented by wards, communes, units and enterprises in the area. Most of the works are carried out with self-funded funds and the joint efforts and contributions of cadres, Party members, enterprises and people. These works and projects are breathing new life into each neighborhood and each residential group. This is not only a testament to the determination to compete to achieve achievements to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, but also a vivid manifestation of the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness and creativity, contributing to building Cam Pha to be increasingly civilized, modern and sustainably developed.
