As a subordinate Party cell selected to organize the congress first to gain experience, Party Cell 1 of the Agency Bloc, Party Committee of Company 35 (Dong Bac Corporation) successfully organized the Congress for the 2025-2027 term in mid-March. The event not only affirmed the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of all cadres and Party members, but also created motivation to promote the effective implementation of the resolution into practice.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Khue, Head of the Political Department, Secretary of Party Cell 1 of the Agency Block, Company 35, said: Promoting democracy and intelligence, the congress has had many quality contributions, proposing breakthrough measures, promoting and implementing more effectively to improve the quality of leadership activities of the Party Cell in particular, and the Company Party Committee in general in the coming term. The Resolution of the Party Cell Congress has focused on specific directions to complete production and business targets and military tasks, ensuring the building of a strong unit in all aspects. In particular, supplementing and improving the quality of human resources, innovating political education methods, helping cadres, employees and workers clearly understand the situation and tasks of the company.

The Party Committee of Company 35 currently has 6 subordinate Party cells with 172 Party members. Up to now, the work of organizing the Party cell congress is being closely directed by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Company 35 to be completed before March 28. During the process of the Party cells organizing the congress, the Party Committee of the company especially emphasizes the principle of democratic centralism, selecting personnel with sufficient capacity, qualities and prestige.

Similarly, the Party cells under the Party Committee of Company 91 (Dong Bac Corporation) have also completed the organization of the congress for the 2025-2027 term. The success of the congress is not only the driving force for the development of the Party cells, but also an important contribution to the overall strength of Company 91 and Dong Bac Corporation.
