From Vietnam to the world: Expanding sustainable multilateral agricultural value chains

With over 55 years of sustainable development, TTC AgriS is a leading high-tech agricultural enterprise in the Vietnamese sugar industry with a 46% market share and presence in more than 69 international markets. Implementing the vision for the period 2025-2030, the Chairwoman of TTC AgriS is promoting the expansion of the supply chain of raw materials - processing - consumption in Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe; taking advantage of free trade agreements such as CPTPP, EVFTA, RCEP... to increase export market share.

Specifically, TTC AgriS not only strengthens cooperation with financial institutions, but also promotes merger and acquisition (M&A) strategies, while simultaneously linking with multinational corporations in finance, supply chains, etc. The meetings and working sessions between Ms. My and diplomatic representatives from Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, etc. open up many opportunities to distribute deeply processed products to the world.

Notably, in Indonesia, in addition to previous initiatives to deeply participate in the agricultural sector, TTC AgriS is accelerating technology transfer with the support of the Government. Specifically, the Company has a strategic partnership with Sungai Budi Group - one of the largest agricultural corporations in Indonesia, opening up a new direction for the coconut and sugarcane industries, creating a foundation for sustainable cross-border raw material linkages. From 2024, Ms. My will also lead AgriS to connect and dialogue with the Indonesian Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnamese Ambassador to Indonesia, and partners in this country to promote the value of natural nutritional solutions and the global Food - Beverage - Milk - Confectionery value chain.

TTC AgriS and Sungai Budi Group signed a cooperation agreement on agricultural economic development between Vietnam and Indonesia on March 10, 2025, witnessed by General Secretary To Lam and Ministers of the two countries.

In Singapore, TTC AgriS also increases cooperation in developing circular agriculture with standards on emission reduction, food safety and origin transparency. The company accompanies the leading group in the field of agricultural ingredients OFI (Olam Food Ingredients), to optimize product value and expand export scale to potential markets such as Europe and North America.

Recently, TTC AgriS has also signed a cooperation agreement with Nanyang Technological University (NTU) - one of Singapore's leading universities in the top 15 in the world in technology and innovation, to develop the Agtech - Foodtech R&D Center, witnessed by Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong. The center is expected to be operational at the end of June 2025, at the intersection of scientific knowledge and practical application. In addition to TTC AgriS's specialized agronomic and technological research centers in Vietnam and Australia, the international R&D bridge in Singapore will become a focal point for product quality control serving the international trade process.
