The Standing Committee of the Bac Kan Provincial People's Council held an expanded meeting in April 2025.

In preparation for the 27th Session, the Provincial People's Committee has directed specialized agencies to prepare the content to be presented at the session. Accordingly, the expected contents to be presented include: Submission of the draft Resolution approving the policy of rearranging commune-level administrative units in Bac Kan province; Submission of the draft Resolution approving the policy of merging Bac Kan and Thai Nguyen provinces; Submission of the draft Resolution adjusting the local budget estimate and allocating the provincial budget in 2025 (2nd time);

Draft Resolution on adjusting the 2025 public investment plan using local budget capital (2nd time); Draft Resolution on adjusting the medium-term public investment plan for the 2021-2025 period using local budget capital (16th time);

Submission of the draft Resolution on the list of land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in Bac Kan province (3rd time); Submission of the draft Resolution approving the policy of changing the purpose of forest use to other purposes to implement works and projects (supplementary) in 2025 in Bac Kan province (currently there is no Submission proposing to develop a Resolution);

Submission of the draft Resolution regulating the principles, scope, support levels and use of funds to support the protection of rice-growing land in Bac Kan province (transferred from the 26th Session); Submission of the draft Resolution approving the content of the Sub-zoning plan for the Nam Cat Lake Eco-tourism Area...

The meeting agreed on the preparation contents for the 27th Session, 10th Provincial People's Council.

At the meeting, delegates discussed the contents of the presentation to ensure compliance with regulations and progress. For resolutions on organizational arrangement, the time requirement is very urgent, so the work must be carried out simultaneously, ensuring compliance with regulations to ensure progress according to the regulations of the Central Committee.
