Coc Chang Mine is deployed according to Investment Policy Decision No. 598/QD-UBND issued by Bac Kan Provincial People's Committee on April 7, 2020. Total mining area is over 28 hectares; mining capacity is 3,000 tons/year, mining polymetallic ores.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Trong Lang, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ngan Son district emphasized: Thang Long Infrastructure and Minerals Construction Joint Stock Company exploits, produces and processes minerals, which is a good condition to contribute to promoting economic development and creating jobs for local people. The Company needs to soon complete the infrastructure, equipment and machinery for exploitation and production to soon put into operation. The exploitation, production and processing process must strictly comply with the conditions to ensure safety and environmental hygiene. Any difficulties and problems arising during the implementation process must be reported to the competent authority for timely resolution.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Trung Tuan, Chairman of the Founding Council, representative of the Investor PSD Group Joint Stock Company & Thang Long Infrastructure and Minerals Road and Bridge Construction Joint Stock Company stated: The unit always takes the motto "Harmonious development - Accompanying the locality", both effectively exploiting mineral potential and linking with community responsibility and local development. The goal is to effectively, safely and sustainably exploit mineral resources. Linking economic development with environmental protection and social responsibility. Accompanying Bac Kan province in the process of building and developing the local economy, creating stable jobs for people, developing infrastructure and social security.

The project of exploiting and processing minerals at Coc Chang mine is being implemented in the context of Bac Kan province actively attracting investment, effectively exploiting the potential of natural resources, developing the mining industry associated with environmental protection and sustainable development.
