NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID

Vietnam National Petroleum Group respectfully invites qualified, experienced and qualified Contractors to participate in the extended bid for the Package: "Providing materials for leveling and preparing the site for the Temporary Rest Stop - Rest Stop Km 334+900 of the Van Phong - Nha Trang Section Project" with the following main information:

1. Package Name: Supply of filling materials, site preparation for Temporary Rest Stop - Rest Stop Km 334+900 of the Van Phong - Nha Trang Section Component Project.

- Inviting party: Vietnam National Petroleum Group

- Field: Purchasing goods and materials

- Contract type: Fixed price contract

- Contract execution time: 30 days.

2. Name of Procurement Estimate: Supply of filling materials, site preparation for Temporary Rest Stop - Rest Stop Km 334+900 of the Van Phong - Nha Trang Section Component Project.

3. Capital: Production and business capital of Vietnam National Petroleum Group.

4. Form and method of contractor selection: Regular bidding, one envelope of documents similar to the Contractor Selection Regulations of the Vietnam National Petroleum Group issued under Decision No. 020/PLX-QD-HDQT dated January 20, 2021 of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam National Petroleum Group.

5. Time for issuing the Request for Proposals (RFP): From the time of posting the invitation for bids until before the closing time for bids (during office hours).
