At the Conference, on behalf of the Government Party Committee, Comrade Nguyen Thi Hong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Government Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam presented the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee on appointing Comrade To Huy Vu to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Agribank Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. On behalf of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of the State Bank of Vietnam, Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam Nguyen Thi Hong presented the Decision of the State Bank of Vietnam on the transfer and appointment of Comrade To Huy Vu - Director of the State Bank of Vietnam's International Cooperation Department to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Agribank from April 3, 2025.

Also at the Conference, Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam Nguyen Thi Hong presented the Decisions of the State Bank of Vietnam to transfer and appoint Ms. Thai Thi An Hoa - Deputy Director of the Department of Forecasting, Statistics - Monetary and Financial Stabilization of the State Bank of Vietnam and Mr. Le Manh Thang - Head of the Board of Supervisors of GPBank to hold the position of Member of the Board of Supervisors of Agribank. The Decisions take effect from April 3, 2025.

Speaking at the Conference, Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam Nguyen Thi Hong affirmed that the appointment of senior leaders will help Agribank strengthen its management and administration capacity to continue to perform well its political tasks and business activities in the coming time. The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam believes that Comrade To Huy Vu and the appointed comrades will promote their sense of responsibility, capacity and working experience, together with the collective leadership, officers and employees of Agribank to continue the tradition of solidarity, join hands and build Agribank to develop more and more, affirming its role and position as one of the leading commercial banks in Vietnam, making important contributions to the country's socio-economic development.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade To Huy Vu - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Members of Agribank sincerely thanked and expressed his honor to be entrusted with the important tasks and responsibilities by the Government Party Committee, the Party Committee, and the Board of Directors of the State Bank of Vietnam. Comrade To Huy Vu affirmed that he will continue to promote his qualifications and working capacity, together with comrades in the Party Committee Standing Committee, the Party Executive Committee, the Board of Members, the Executive Board and the entire Agribank system to inherit and promote the achievements that have been achieved, determined and strived to overcome all challenges, successfully completing the assigned tasks. In particular, focusing on leading and directing the comprehensive completion of the main business targets in 2025 and the goals according to the Resolution of the 10th Congress of Agribank Party Delegates, term 2020 - 2025, the Restructuring Plan associated with bad debt settlement for the period 2021 - 2025; Prepare and ensure the best conditions for the successful organization of the 11th Agribank Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

In his new position, he hopes to receive the attention, leadership, direction and assistance of the leaders of the Government, Ministries, Departments, the State Bank, the attention of previous generations of leaders and the coordination and support of the Board of Directors and all officers and employees of Agribank to best complete the assigned tasks.

The year 2025 is of great significance, deciding the completion of the objectives of the Restructuring Plan associated with bad debt settlement for the period 2021 - 2025; the targets of the Resolution of the 10th Agribank Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025 is the year of holding Party Congresses at all levels and the 11th Agribank Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, towards the 1st Government Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress.

The consolidation of Agribank's senior personnel aims to strengthen leadership, direction, and effective and efficient operations, creating a solid foundation for Agribank to develop sustainably, and enter a new era with the country - an era of breakthrough development and prosperity.
