Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong is the Head of the Board of Directors of the Hanoi City Social Policy Bank.

According to the Decision, the Representative Board consists of 13 members, of which Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong is the Head of the Representative Board.

The 12 members of the Council include: Mr. Pham Van Quyet - Director of the Social Policy Bank Branch; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa - Director of the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 1 Branch; Ms. Tran Thanh Tam - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Finance; Mr. Nguyen Tay Nam - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hoa - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment; Mr. Nguyen Nguyen Quan - Deputy Director in charge of the Hanoi Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions; Ms. Dang Thi Phuong Hoa - Vice President of the Hanoi Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Dinh Quoc Hung - Deputy Chief of Office of the Hanoi People's Committee; Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Huong - Permanent Vice President of the Hanoi Women's Union; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Xuan - Vice President of the Hanoi Farmers' Association; Mr. Bui Duy Hung - Permanent Vice President of the Hanoi Veterans' Association; Mr. Nguyen Duc Tien - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hanoi.
