Leaders of Phu Luong district and local youth union members offered flowers and lit candles to pay tribute to heroic martyrs at the district's Heroic Martyrs Temple.

Accordingly, Phu Luong District Youth Union organized an incense offering and candle lighting ceremony to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs at the district's heroic martyrs' temple; reporting to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh and the souls of the heroic martyrs about the achievements of Phu Luong youth in the past time.

In addition, the District Youth Union also organized activities to visit and help families of policy beneficiaries, people with revolutionary contributions, especially families with soldiers directly participating in the Ho Chi Minh Campaign; organized Volunteer Saturdays, Green Sundays, participated in cleaning and renovating the Temple of Heroes and Martyrs, etc.

The activities were organized to educate union members and young people about the great historical value and significance of the resistance war against the US to save the country, the great victory in the spring of 1975, the complete liberation of the South, and the reunification of the country; to further foster revolutionary ideals and the belief of young people and people in the cause of innovation and international integration under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

* On the evening of April 28, Dinh Hoa District Youth Union held a candle lighting ceremony at the district's martyrs cemetery - the resting place of 317 outstanding children of the homeland and country and listed 914 martyrs who fought and sacrificed for independence, freedom and noble international duty.

In the sacred atmosphere of the ceremony, the delegates respectfully remembered and expressed their infinite gratitude to the great President Ho Chi Minh; the heroic martyrs, compatriots, and generations of youth union members who heroically sacrificed for the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. The district leaders and youth union members respectfully offered incense, flowers, and lit candles at each martyr's grave, remembering and expressing gratitude for the great contributions of the heroes who sacrificed their blood and bones for the independence of the country.

The ceremony is an opportunity for the young generation of Dinh Hoa to review the nation's tradition of steadfast and indomitable struggle; educate patriotism, revolutionary ideals, and arouse a sense of responsibility in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland for young generations.

* On the afternoon of April 28, the People's Committee of Huong Son town (Phu Binh) coordinated with the organization "Intelligent and Humane Family" of Bac Ninh province to organize a meeting and present gifts to express gratitude to relatives of martyrs, families worshiping martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers in the town.

Representatives of the organization "Intelligent Family of Humanity" of Bac Ninh province and leaders of Huong Son town (Phu Binh) presented gifts at the program.

On this occasion, the organization "Family of Wisdom and Humanity" presented 128 gifts to policy beneficiaries, with a total value of 105 million VND. Each gift included cash and items. This activity expressed deep affection and gratitude for the great sacrifices and contributions of heroic martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers in the cause of national liberation and reunification.
