On the afternoon of April 14, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union organized a ceremony to commend advanced models in the period 2020 - 2025.

Over the past 5 years, the emulation movement at all levels of trade unions has had many positive changes, contributing to arousing dynamism, creativity, training awareness, and good discipline for union members and workers. Union members and workers have implemented over 67,000 projects and initiatives, bringing thousands of billions of VND in benefits to units and enterprises. Every year, over 80% of union members achieve the title of excellent union members, over 85% of female union members achieve the title of "Good at public affairs, good at housework".

The coordination of training and improving the skills of union members and workers has also received special attention from trade unions and enterprises at all levels. From 2020 to present, 86,374 workers have been trained and improved their professional qualifications. In the period of 2025 - 2030, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union strives for 100% of grassroots trade unions to launch emulation movements to achieve achievements in welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels; over 80% of union members to achieve the title of excellent union members; 85% or more of grassroots trade unions to complete their tasks well...

On this occasion, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union commended and awarded certificates of merit to 14 collectives and 89 individuals with outstanding achievements in labor and production in the period of 2020 - 2025.
