On August 5, the Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee's Electronic Information Portal reported that the Binh Duong Provincial People's Council issued Resolution No. 07/2024/NQ-HDND stipulating the collection rates, collection and payment regime for business registration fees in Binh Duong province.

Accordingly, the subjects of application are organizations, groups of individuals, households, and individuals who, when granted a business registration certificate by a competent State management agency, include: a business household registration certificate, a cooperative registration certificate, a cooperative union registration certificate (including a branch registration certificate, a representative office, a business location of a cooperative, a cooperative union) must pay a business registration fee; State agencies, organizations, and other individuals related to the declaration, collection, payment, management, and use of fees.

Accordingly, for cooperatives, branches, representative offices, business locations of cooperatives, cooperative unions, branches, representative offices, business locations of cooperative unions, and business households: The fee for issuing a new business registration certificate is 100,000 VND per issuance; for issuing a change to a business registration certificate is 50,000 VND per issuance; for reissuing a business registration certificate is 30,000 VND per issuance.

The fee for online public services when organizations and individuals submit administrative procedure documents online is 50% of the prescribed fee.

Fee collection agencies pay 100% of the collected fees to the State budget.

The subjects exempted from paying fees include: Changing information on phone number, fax, email, website, address due to changes in administrative boundaries; correcting information on business registration certificates, cooperative registration certificates, cooperative union registration certificates; registering for dissolution, temporary suspension of business of business households, cooperatives, cooperative unions; terminating the operation of branches, representative offices, business locations of cooperatives, cooperative unions; poor households, the elderly, people with disabilities, people with meritorious services to the revolution, ethnic minorities in communes with especially difficult socio-economic conditions.
