The conference heard a report on the results of activities in 2024, the first quarter of 2025 and the deployment of tasks for the last 9 months of 2025.

Accordingly, infrastructure, postal and telecommunication services have developed rapidly and modernly. The scope of telecommunication services has been expanded to remote areas, the quality has been increasingly improved, meeting the requirements of society. The types of services are quite complete, diverse, rich and there are many new types of services. Communication information serving the direction and administration of Party committees and authorities at all levels is always guaranteed to be smooth, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and national security and defense. Creating and maintaining a fair, equal and legal competitive environment, enhancing the protection of the rights and interests of service users, promoting rapid and sustainable development of enterprises, creating stable jobs for workers, contributing an important part to the state budget and implementing social security work in the province.

Total revenue of the BCVT sector in 2024 and the first quarter of 2025 reached: 3,357 billion VND, contributing 128.8 billion VND to the state budget. The conference also assessed and clarified the shortcomings and limitations, and at the same time deployed the main contents of new documents in the BCVT sector.

The conference also listened to the opinions and discussions of representatives of BCVT enterprises on the situation of postal and telecommunications activities in the past time, difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing network construction, undergrounding, arranging and tightening telecommunications cables, ensuring network safety in localities throughout the province, issues related to the shared use of infrastructure and cooperation in production and business.

Concluding the Conference, the conference chair encouraged and acknowledged the production and business results of the BCVT enterprises, which in the past time have ensured communication to serve the direction and administration of Party committees and authorities at all levels, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, national security and defense, creating stable jobs for workers, contributing to the local budget and implementing social security work in the province.

At the same time, the conference chair requested that in the coming time, businesses implement plans to ensure network safety and information security, prioritize incident handling, and ensure absolute communication security.

Postal enterprises strengthen the work of ensuring safety and security in providing postal services; Develop the postal network to serve Party and State agencies in the direction of promoting digital transformation, applying digital technologies to modernize the network. Telecommunications enterprises promote the development of digital infrastructure, ensuring mobile broadband speed, fixed broadband, expanding coverage (5G mobile network), strengthening, sharing, and sharing passive telecommunications infrastructure in the locality; Deploy underground, renovate, and bundle telecommunications and television cables in the province; Strengthen the review and standardization of subscriber information; Develop and solidify telecommunications infrastructure to respond to natural disasters and emergencies; Improve capacity and ensure safety, security, and fire prevention and fighting safety, especially for key telecommunications infrastructure in the province.
