At the working session, based on the actual inspection and discussion opinions of representatives of departments and branches, Deputy Chief of the Office for Coordination of New Rural Construction of An Giang Province Pham Thai Binh acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of Thanh My Tay Commune in the process of completing the criteria for building advanced new rural areas. At the same time, he requested that the locality continue to do a good job of propaganda, raising awareness and responsibility of the people towards the National Target Program on New Rural Construction and Advanced New Rural Areas; absorb the opinions of the members of the appraisal council, promptly edit, supplement and complete the reports and dossiers to ensure compliance with regulations to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and recognition of the commune meeting the standards of advanced new rural areas in 2024.

According to the assessment of the Provincial Office of New Rural Construction Coordination, up to now, Thanh My Tay commune has basically completed 19/19 criteria and 75/75 targets for advanced new rural construction.
