Major General Ha Tat Dat, Deputy Commander of Military Region 3, and the working delegation inspected the construction progress of project items at the headquarters of the Military Command of Hoa Binh province.

The delegation heard reports on the results of investment projects and bidding work (from January 1, 2023 to March 31, 2025); ensuring regular barracks in 2025; regimes, standards, and norms of regular military uniforms for the period 2020 - 2024.

Currently, the Provincial Military Command is implementing 4 projects: Provincial Military Command Headquarters, Reconnaissance - Mechanization Company and Logistics - Technical Warehouse (phase 2), upgrading the Engineer Company barracks, with a total cost of 345 billion VND. The investor has strictly complied with the regulations of the State and the Ministry of National Defense on project preparation, appraisal, approval and contractor selection. The funding source for the projects ensures progress. Construction units focus on accelerating the completion of the Provincial Military Command headquarters package according to plan; strive to accelerate the construction progress to hand over the Reconnaissance - Mechanization Company and Logistics - Technical Warehouse package before April 30, 2025 (2 months ahead of schedule).

Regarding logistics, the Provincial Military Command regularly disseminates and fully implements documents, instructions, and regulations on regular military uniforms. Strictly implement the Project "Innovation of military financial management mechanism according to the State Budget Law 2015, period 2018 - 2025 and following years". Receive and issue regular military uniforms for allocated funds in accordance with the correct order and procedures; ensure correct and sufficient standards and regular military uniform regimes for subjects according to regulations...

The delegation inspected the construction works under construction and resolved some difficulties and problems. Concluding the inspection, the Deputy Commander of Military Region 3, Head of the inspection delegation, praised the sense of responsibility of the Military Command of Hoa Binh province in ensuring regular military supplies and barracks, and implementing construction investment projects in accordance with the provisions of law and the Ministry of National Defense. He also pointed out the shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome and proposed to speed up the implementation of the projects, ensuring time, quality and absolute safety.
