City leaders start upgrading friendship primary school in Salavane province (Laos)

The project to upgrade the Friendship Primary School of the Vietnamese Association of Salavane Province to Friendship Primary and Secondary School was implemented in Khongsedone District, Salavane Province. Currently, the number of Vietnamese and Lao students in this area is increasing, but the facilities are not yet adequate. Therefore, Da Nang City supports investment in further upgrading.

According to the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, the project of the Friendship Primary and Secondary School of the Vietnamese Association of Salavane Province has a total construction and equipment cost of nearly 6 billion VND, from the support of Da Nang City with a scale of a 2-storey classroom block including 5 classrooms, 2 offices and auxiliary items.

According to the plan, the Friendship Primary and Secondary School project of the Vietnamese Association of Salavane province will be completed and put into use this year, contributing to meeting the teaching and learning needs in Khongsedone district.

On this occasion, the delegation of Da Nang city also sent best wishes on the occasion of the traditional Bunpimay festival to the Party Committee, government and local people./.
