In the first quarter of 2025, the Board of Directors of the Social Policy Bank of Ben Tre City was consolidated and improved with 22 members, successfully organizing regular meetings to discuss the interim report and set out tasks for the next quarter. Resolutions and instructions from the City Party Committee and People's Committee were implemented synchronously, helping to achieve capital mobilization targets and implement policy credit.
According to the report on the first quarter of 2025 performance in Ben Tre City, the loan turnover reached about 35,258 million VND with 974 borrowers; the outstanding loan balance increased slightly, while the principal collection rate and credit quality reached a positive level, contributing to creating conditions for 15 poor households, near-poor households and newly escaped poverty households to access loans in a timely manner, supporting production and business and maintaining and expanding jobs for hundreds of workers.
