The project construction site is in Dong Phu commune, Chau Thanh district, Hau Giang province. The project investment objective is to arrange resettlement land for people affected by the site clearance of Dong Phu 2 Industrial Park project; Song Hau 2 Industrial Park and projects in Chau Thanh district.

Dong Phu 3 Resettlement Area Project has a land use area of ​​about 16.5 hectares, expected to arrange about 723 resettlement plots, including the following items: Site leveling; roads, sidewalks, trees; water supply and drainage; fire prevention and fighting; public lighting; electricity supply; parks; wastewater treatment system and other auxiliary items.

The project has a total construction investment of 461 billion VND, from the local budget. Of which, compensation, support and resettlement costs are 171.6 billion VND; construction costs are more than 228 billion VND; the rest are equipment costs, project management costs, construction investment consulting costs, contingency costs and other costs.

Project implementation progress from 2024 - 2027.

The People's Committee of Hau Giang province assigned the Provincial Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board (Investor) to be responsible for implementing the project in accordance with regulations.
