On March 27, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Cooperative Alliance held a training conference on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the management and operation of cooperatives and enterprises in the province in 2025. The conference attracted the participation of nearly 200 cooperatives and enterprises in Thai Nguyen province.

The training course aims to equip knowledge and skills to apply AI to production and business activities, helping cooperatives and enterprises improve management efficiency, optimize operating processes and enhance competitiveness in the digital age. At the same time, this is a practical activity that contributes to promoting digital transformation in the collective economic sector, in line with the trend of sustainable development and digital economic integration.

At the training course, experts imparted basic knowledge about AI, new technology trends and the role of AI in the modernization and digital transformation of cooperatives. Along with that, representatives of cooperatives and enterprises also learned about software, applications and support tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Capcut, Canva... to help automate work processes and improve management efficiency.

In addition, students also practice using AI applications in document drafting, data analysis, business decision making and management of production and business activities of cooperatives as well as data mining and processing through AI tools to support strategic decision making; How to apply AI to innovation, build technology application plans in improving production and business processes.

In addition, students are also guided to practice some specific AI solutions to improve labor productivity and reduce operating costs. The training program has received attention and high appreciation from participating cooperatives and businesses.
