The Temple of the Heroic Martyrs at the 468th High Point is located in Nam Ngặt village, Thanh Thủy commune (Vi Xuyên). Here, more than 40 years ago, generations of cadres and soldiers of the main army units and many local army units fought steadfastly and bravely on the land of Thanh Thủy, Vi Xuyên. They took to heart the oath "Living on the rocks to fight the enemy, dying on the rocks to be immortal". More than 4,000 cadres and soldiers from many rural areas across the country have remained in the land of Vi Xuyên; their blood has colored the flag of determination to fight and win of the heroic Vietnam People's Army; their bodies have merged with the motherland, so that the Fatherland will be forever peaceful and eternal.
