According to the planned 7-day itinerary, the delegation will visit the islands of Song Tu Tay, Da Nui Thi, Sinh Ton, Co Lin, Len Dao, Da Tay A, Truong Sa and DKI/19 (Que Duong) platform with a total round trip length of about 1,000 nautical miles.
At the island locations, the delegation will organize many meaningful activities such as: Offering incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the sea and islands of the Fatherland, visiting and encouraging cadres, soldiers and people, presenting practical gifts including necessities, medical supplies, books, etc. At the same time, cultural exchange programs and sharing from local delegates will also "fuel" and encourage the spirit of those who are steadfastly clinging to the islands, firmly maintaining the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland.
The working trip is not only a journey to strengthen the solidarity between the army and the people, but also an opportunity for each delegate to better understand political responsibilities, strengthen love for the homeland and pride in Vietnam's sea and island sovereignty. Truong Sa, DK1 - the place at the forefront of the wind and waves always receives attention and love from the great rear, adding strength to stand firm in the middle of the ocean.
